Question: Is there an evaluation form for VISTA members? It's been six months and we want to complete a performance evaluation and review to make sure we deliver on all of the expectations from the VAD. Do you have a format we can use?
Answer: We do not have a required, standardized template for you to use when evaluating members; although you should be evaluating them. You can create a form and customize it based on what you put in the VAD and/or what’s in your performance measures of the grant. Based on a quick search in vistacampus.gov, I found this template form https://www.vistacampus.gov/resources/member-evaluation-form that you’re welcome to use and/or tweak. (You do not need to submit it to our office.)
Also a friendly reminder that this Friday, 8/16 is the deadline to enroll members in the 9/3 VMO (Virtual Member Orientation). Please move those candidates forward to our office. There is NOT a VMO in October.
