I hope your week is going well. This week’s tip is on our VISTA Member Support Unit (VMSU) out of our headquarters office in Washington, D.C. The VMSU can be reached at vmsu@cns.gov or by calling the Nat’l Service Hotline at 1-800-942-2677. Our state office often works with the VMSU when it comes to processing member actions and enrollments. Your members often are in touch directly with them when it comes to relocation and emergency travel, and soon enrolling in in-service trainings. In addition, when members have questions about specific payroll question, service verification (typically for affordable housing purposes), or tax questions, we often refer them to our VMSU.
