Interviews are an opportunity for you to learn more about the candidate, including their skills, knowledge, past professional experience, and their motivation for both serving as a VISTA and serving with your specific project. It’s also an opportunity for you to tell your candidates more about what the VISTA program is, their benefits, the time commitment, and what’s expected of them in the position.
