Happy Friday! I hope your week has gone well. This week’s tip is on interviewing VISTA members. I’ve included a few links here from the vistacampus, which include scripts and sample questions. Interviews are an opportunity for you to learn more about the candidate, including their skills, knowledge, past professional experience, and their motivation for both serving as a VISTA and serving with your specific project. It’s also an opportunity for you to tell your candidates more about what the VISTA program is, their benefits, the time commitment, and what’s expected of them in the position.
