Have you checked out the newest VISTA sponsor handbook yet? You can view it here: https://www.vistacampus.gov/lessons/vista-sponsor-handbook This newer version is more comprehensive and detailed than the last version, so I do encourage you to check it out even if you have been a project director for some time.
